Mornings are reserved for email triage and impromptu discussions with colleagues, Wednesday mornings are often reserved for Mal Close (Managing Director) on his weekly visit where ideas are exchanged, and plans are forged. As the day unfolds, Oli juggles an eclectic mix of tasks, from system migrations and software updates to customer feedback management and database maintenance. Despite the unpredictable nature of his schedule, Oli approaches each challenge with unwavering enthusiasm and a commitment to excellence.
