"Ozzi Kleen experts turned challenges into opportunities, transforming a problematic septic system into a seamless, integrated solution and enhancing property access."
This case study explores a real-world example showcasing how the Ozzi Kleen team ensures clients peace of mind.
1. In Australia, 45% of homes use septic systems, which need to be pumped out every 2-5 years. Septic odours can be a concern for both tenants and neighbours, but Ozzi Kleen's 100% aerobic treatment significantly removes these smells and lowers pump-out costs. The heavy-duty polyethylene tanks are incredibly durable—100 times stronger than concrete and designed to last 500 years. Plus, their rotomolded design effectively prevents seepage, leaks, and root intrusion.
Communication throughout the project was seamless, with positive feedback from the property managers, who shared that "communication was exceptional; we were always kept well informed, and there were no surprises."
The team was able to balance tenant satisfaction, council regulations, and a comprehensive solution effortlessly. According to the property manager, Ozzi Kleen handled everything in a “professional manner”, addressing any concerns promptly and with a focus on finding the best outcome for all parties involved. When unexpected challenges arose during the installation, the Domestic Sales Department stood out for their responsiveness. The property manager noted, “Any issues that came up were quickly addressed, and they were more than happy to work with us to find solutions." Despite these hurdles, there was "no impact" on the tenants, and the property management team experienced minimal disruption.
Once engaged, the team began by thoroughly assessing the site in consultation with Meninga Hydraulic Consultants and Castle Plumbing and Excavations. Given the challenging conditions—steep gradients, rocky terrain, and limited machine access—they developed a tailored strategy. A new access track on a neighbouring property was established, rock breaking and removal facilitated the installation of the new treatment system and formed new path edges with the excavated rock. Additionally, old fences were removed, grass slashed, old tree stumps removed, the LAA Field was reshaped to comply with Council standards, and future maintenance access to the new sprinkler field was constructed.
The project demonstrated our commitment to delivering high-quality solutions, even under challenging conditions.
"Ozzi Kleen was in constant communication always keeping us updated."
